OPTION 1: Admission in to the festival as a Competitor
OPTION 2: Admission in to the festival as a Participant
- Festival organization will select the best 10-15 groups from 4 corners of the World.
- Competition is open to all performing arts (Folk, Classical, Fusion, Choirs, Ballet, Oriental, Majorette & Modern dance & Music groups).
- Competition is open to all age groups from Children to Adults (7+years).
- Competition accepts Solos, couples, Trio’s and Groups of any number of participants.
- Groups are allowed to perform with live music or recorded music.
- Groups should have prepared at least 3 dances, 5 min, 10 min, 12 min with different costumes.
- solo, duet and trio performance should be up to 5 min each, 3 performances with different costumes.
- Each Artist should pay the participation fee by choose the accommodation Packages, the Festival will provide 3 times meals, hotel & Trasport.
- Groups should get the Flight Tickets and Travel Insurance by their own.
- The jury evaluates the participants in accordance with the regulations. The jury consists of 3 people, jury’s decision will be considered as the final verdict for the competition.
- At jury’s decision competition holds surprise additional silver and bronze medals with the relevant diplomas in choreography & costumes.
- WINNER – 500 € Cash Prize , Trophy & Diplomas : Runner Up – Trophy & Diplomas.
- If the group does not wish to participate in the competitions, participation is still possible.

Group should choose for the accommodation packages specified below.
• Arrival day's first mela is Lunch
• Departure day's last mela is Breakfast.
• Check in time (11:30-12:00 noon)
• Check out time (11:30-12:00 noon)
Single /Double Occupancy Charges :
Single Occupancy 25EUR Extra per day
Double Occupancy 15EUR Extra/day/person
Extra Day Charges :
Groups can extend their stay
35EUR /day/person / 3* rated Hotel including food.
45EUR /day/person / 4* rated Hotel including food.
Performance Details :
The Group should perform 4 different folk dances with 10,15, 20 minutes slots each with different costumes which is mandatory 2 times a day at provided venues.
Live or Recorded music will be entertained on IEFF stages.
Venues for performances will include open-air stages, theaters, halls, Auditoriums, the parade through the central street- The New Delhi, and scenic spots without special stage facilities or lighting equipment.
Groups should attend the rehearsal on time.
Group should provide 2 workshops & 1 Road show.
During the festival period, the groups have no right to cancel any performance without taking prior approval from the Festival Committee.
Groups should stick to their seats at the venue and enjoy the other group performances and after intimation of their performance slot only they have to leave their seats.
Important Rules for Group's Safety and Security :
Groups should not take the selfies during the performances at the venue. They should respect the other group performances by watching them. Selfies will be allowed after all the group performances only.
Groups should not carry the alcohol to the performance venues, drinking alcohol and smoking is highly prohibited at the public areas in Nepal and we strictly follow this in our performance venues and in Tours & Buses also.
Groups should not take the selfies with the public or unknown people during their stay in the festival.
Groups should maintain their dignity towards the festival board and to other groups too else immediate actions will be taken by the festival board towards their behaviors with huge fines.
Festival Rights :
The festival reserves the right for Radio,TV and video-recording without paying any honorarium.
The Festival organizing committee has the right to change the schedule of the program at any time during the festival.
By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions. All detailed information will be supplied after the confirmation for participation.
Any activity, either from any individual or any group that could harm the festival is not allowed.
IEFF reserves the right to make its own decisions by consulting your organizing members at those unforeseen situations which are not mentioned in the Conditions of the festival.
